The Coramed Clinic in Wrocław, Poland, is highly recommended. All the staff are professionals and empathetic. Before I decided to go ahead with my tummy tuck, my biggest worries were how could I justify my spending and satisfaction... I read through so many clinics on what clinic. After a series of reviews and phone calls to and from these clinics, I finally settled for Coramed Clinic in Poland. The clinic is nice, neat, very modern, and fair in price. All the beds are good and modern the staff are friendly though they do not speak the English language. They picked me up from the airport in a taxi, which was arranged by Nicolas, the patient's coordinator. The cab man was of great service, he kept in touch immediately after I landed at the airport. There is a hotel and a supermarket a few walks from the clinic which was of great help. After my surgery, again, a cab was also arranged to drop me off at the airport. All these were very helpful. Now, about my tummy tuck. I am 49 years old and had my tummy tuck in February 2024. I made enquiries about an arm lift and breast reduction, but I was told only one operation at a time and that I should get well first. The surgeon’s exact words were "Judy, anaesthesia is real and you’re not a child anymore, so you have to get well first before further enquiries can be answered" This implied to me that the clinic’s main priority is the patient’s health and not after money. However, I am writing this recommendation as there were no complications. However, I was naturally apprehensive not knowing what to expect after the surgery. But to my surprise, the staff put me at ease. They were all around me to give me the necessary support, which encouraged me to stand up from my bed and walk around the next night. It has only been about four weeks since my tummy tuck and my healing is ‘off the charts’! One week after my surgery, I was able to walk around. Although, my swellings were very noticeable all over my body but decreased as the days went by. I am taking pain pills as I was instructed. I am very diligent in following all of my instructions and am happy to see the scars and pains are healing faster than expected. I have already received many compliments from family and friends. The clinic is truly a good one, seamless and comfortable. I can not find the right words to adequately express the positive & dramatic change that the clinic has made in the quality of its service. I will be returning for a future arm lift and breast reduction. I must also comment on the compassion and professionalism of the staff in Coramed Clinic, especially Nicolas, the patient coordinator. She has been so supportive in arranging a taxi, booking my hotel, and making sure I was comfortable in Poland. She speaks English language and interprets most of the Polish language for me. Nicolas has been super in check-ups on me ever since till date. I deeply appreciate her care for me as she answered my questions and showed interest and concern for me as a patient to date. Also, the nurse who watched over me all through was very good, calm, and checked on me at the slightest cough. I have forgotten her name, though. And I must mention Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński for their professionalism. Dr. Andrey Kharkov, the surgeon who held my hand and told me well-done for your quick healing. This type of patient care and compassion can not be taught in medical school. It has been my experience that most doctors don’t seem to know how to smile. But he is different. 'I am certainly glad that my surgeon did not take that course in medical school'. Which means he has a passion for his profession. Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed or unimportant as a patient. Although I knew that the procedures that I had done were not new to them, I believe that every bit about the new me excited them. Thanks for your enthusiasm. I am happy to report that both surgeons’ next mission will be to help me with my arm lift. I just need the skill. I am happy to talk about my positive experience with anyone considering surgery in their clinic it was the right decision for me. Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński are surgeons for anybody that I would ever consider in the future. I am so grateful to have found both doctors who are so expert in their profession. Cannot stress enough how wonderful and efficient are the clinic staff, even when one's business has been rare (1-2 visits a year) and fairly basic (filler). *Permission obtained to include names: I have been assisted by *several staff including Lusiana, who is ineffably patient and compassionate, and Nicole and Lucy have been helpful and understanding (Life happens: traffic, rescheduling, etc.). It makes SUCH a difference. Dr. Weinberg reflects the caring vibe of his clinic: he asks what you are looking for and then actually listens to your answers. As importantly (!) he is a sculptural artist with a keen eye who can see where the smallest adjustments will have the biggest impact. There is clearly immense skill involved, but when the work is so subtle - rejuvenating someone's best version of themselves - I think that's a gift. He was recommended to a friend years ago, who then recommended him to me, and I am very grateful to have been so directed. The Mssga clinic has parking, but is close by a major intersection and so a direct bus + quick walk from Port Credit GO station.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I travelled from Ireland for the smas facelift and neck… Dr Rataj and Natalie are true professionals, Natalie went out of her way for me, making sure everything was perfect..Dr Rataj explained everything in detail, and has a very calming nature. The results are absolutely amazing, so natural looking,100 percent satisfied… I was swollen the first night, no pain but no problems after that, I was on my flight back 2 days later, took it easy for the first week, went back to work the second week, very easy to hide with my long hair. I would recommend staying in the Leo apartments, very central. The price I paid was only 3,700. I highly recommend Dr Rataj, very skilled and professional.

I had a direct lateral brow lift by Mr Quaba and the result is simply fabulous. The technique allows perfect precision in the shaping and lifting of the brow at least based on my own experience. Before the procedure, however, I had been quite nervous about the scarring that I feared could occur from having a direct lateral brow lift. But even immediately upon the stitches being removed, the ultra-thin scars were already barely visible and became less so over the months. The barely-there scars faded essentially completely in less than 9 months. I am truly delighted with the results.

I’ve had bbl, breast lift, jaw contouring, under-eye filler, wrinkle treatment and butt augmentation with filler after weight loss. Am I forgetting something? Clearly since I keep coming back everything went great and I don’t trust anyone else that much. These procedures have made me the best version of myself and gave me confidence. I feel super safe going into surgery or doing something minimally invasive and I know for sure that my doctor is there making sure everything will go smoothly. Also, he will never lie just to sell you something. He will inform you in full detail what to expect and he will tell you honestly if he thinks you are a good candidate for such procedure or if you even need it. I originally went in for a consult on removing a large mole, IPL, dimpleplasty, and a Thread Lift for my nose bridge. But after speaking with Dr. Tham, it was clear my main concern was pain and after appearances. I ended up getting a sub Q injection for my nose, no dimpleplasty but went for an IPL and mole removal. The overall experience was pretty painless and perhaps the nose turned out the best. (A week later I am still healing so I can’t say how well the other treatments turned out.) My other fear was also to have a doctor sell me treatments I didn’t need or wouldn’t fit me, and It went perfectly fine. The consult was a true consult and I felt more educated on the processes and he addressed all my concerns. If I am in Singapore again, I would go here for treatment! (Also the appointment process was smooth too and the nurses very nice!)

Wonderful people, Dr. Samono did an amazing job, had mini tummy tuck and bbl surgery 3 months ago. His assistant Alex is precious along with Nurse Laura. You will definitely be taken well care of. I have seen Dr Ali for multiple procedures including an apronectomy, liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms and breast. All I can say is that he is truly the best and extremely professional and thorough. My whole life has changed and I feel like a brand new version of myself. I wanted a mummy makeover and to also be ready for a big event. He has improved my confidence and assisted me with all my goals. His prices are very fair and he has the best team. I had my surgery on 9th at 1.30pm. It took around 5 hours to have full vaginal rejuvenation, breast implants (350cc textured Mentors over the muscle) and lipo on my flanks. Dr Ashok did my lipo for free to balance my figure! I had a real attack of nerves the night before and considered cancelling the whole thing, I was convinced it was all going to go wrong! I met with Dr Ashok, the morning of my surgery at 9.30 am. I had been speaking to him for nearly a year via phone and email. I felt very comfortable with him immediately and sure that he already knew exactly what I was looking for. The Medeor hospital in Dubai was really clean and my room was gorgeous. The nurses were so kind to me, helped me with everything before and after the surgery. Going into the theatre was nerve-wracking but again the nurses and Anesthesiologist were very kind. When I came out of surgery I was in the recovery room for around an hour, my husband came and said hi to me there, but I was still quite groggy! I was taken to my luxury bedroom at about 7 pm to stay over for the night. I wasn't in any pain at all and felt positive about my surgery. I struggled to sleep because I started to feel a little anxious about my surgery results and also being in a foreign country in a hospital on my own (I travelled from the UK to Dubai for surgery). The nurses brought me tea, juices, water and my dinner were really nice too). They checked on me and chatted with my regularly which made the whole process pleasant and easy. In the morning once I had eaten breakfast, the nurse told me if I wanted to I was able to stand and go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. The first time I stood up I felt a little sick and clammy but managed to brush my teeth and then got back into bed (12 hours after surgery I was up and walking!), I decided to try again so that I could wash my face and try to beautify a little, ok not beautify but maybe a little moisturiser! The second time I got up I felt a lot easier on my feet and put some moisturiser on, my eye cream, sorted my hair out and got back into bed again. Dr Ashok visited me at around 10 am, to check on my results and showed me a picture of my vagina, I nearly cried! I couldn't believe it was me, It was even better than I could have imagined, really so beautiful! He said everything looked like it was doing well and I was allowed to go back to my hotel, I arranged to see him in a few days but we would stay in contact by email and I would send regular pictures to check my healing was on track. I was discharged, given my medications and my Husband came and picked me up, I had around a 30-minute taxi ride to my hotel, which was fine although I was really looking forward to being in bed and resting. I should mention my pain was managed with paracetamol throughout which was absolutely fine! I rested all day yesterday but did manage to get up and have some tea in the Cafe. I had dinner in bed! My chest felt very heavy when I got up, but not terribly painful, my vaginal rejuvenation hasn't hurt at all, I've had vaginal tightening, clitoral hood work, perineum work and fat grafting and the healing is really easy! I was given paracetamol and some stronger painkillers to take if needed, I haven't taken the stronger ones. I woke up this morning and after sleeping well last night, my chest felt very heavy and sore when I woke up. I think it's worse after being laid down for a long period, but not painful enough to worry or take the stronger painkillers. I did feel anxious about how my breasts looked today (I'm a worrier!) I had only seen them from peeking under my compression bra, so really didn't know what to expect at this point. I emailed Dr Ashok and told him I was worried (we are in email contact regularly). He said that I should go to the mirror and have a look. So I nervously did and unclipped my compression bra wow! They are everything I wanted them to be, natural, beautiful, pert and all mine! I can't believe they belong to me! Dr Ashok really is a very special surgeon, he takes so much pride in his clients. I felt like he treated me as one of his family, he cares so much. I feel like a new woman today. I have more healing and I am yet to see the end result but I'm really looking forward to it.
