Modern, and well-maintained.

The staff was on point, providing all the info I needed and promptly addressing my Qs and concerns.

They were total pros, yet showed genuine compassion throughout the process.

He helped me a lot with my concerns about breast and nose job. I was really hesitant, but the staffs and his skills impressed our family.
I won't be able to be in the next appointment for stitches removal, but they helped and supported me with the documents back home.

I originally started looking at Dr Hung and associates as they known for their for dental work. I started following another kiwi on Facebook who was over at the clinic having dental work done. She had posted photos of the facilities and had worked in the medical field and inspected the theatres at the clinic. Everything looked amazing and she was more than pleased with her level of care. The professionalism and great reviews. I made enquiries directly to the clinic, they were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble and no question was a silly question. Then I started looking around the clinic's website. I had lost 65kg 9 years ago and kept that weight off. But I still couldn’t wear shorts or short tops that didn’t cover my stomach. I wasn’t big anymore but now I have the issue of loose skin that no amount of exercise has made any difference too. I still couldn’t wear what I wanted too. So the lovely receptionist carer for dental Miss Angela put me in touch with Miss Annie and my journey begun.

I sent photos of my arms which is the procedure I most wanted to be done. I got costs and a care plan and booked straight away. I could get dental and plastics surgery was done at the same time. Everything is under the same roof.

I arrived in Ho Chi Minh on June 14th and June 15th I was in surgery. The clinic did thorough pre-checks blood tests, ECG and then I was whisked up to the theatre. In prediscussions with Dr Giap while the anaesthetist, staff were doing setups and checks we started discussing other procedures and what else I would ideally like to have done. I ended up having a breast reduction and lift as well as my loose skin upper arm surgery and under arm liposuction. Dr Giap is very methodical and has a good eye for symmetry and proportions and apart from a substantial saving having two surgeries at once i.e. just paying one theatre and anaesthetic fee for two procedures but more importantly Dr Giap discussed how the reduction and lift would help my posture and frequent sore backs and with reduced upper arms I would be more in proportion.

I am so so glad I had the breast surgery. It had not been on my list but I couldn’t be more pleased with the surgery. I can proudly wear sleeveless tops and strapless dresses tops. Sore backs are a thing of the past.

I am Dr Giaps number one fan. He is amazing. His after surgery follow-ups were thorough and regular. I had a bad night one night with swelling. It was very hot when I was in Vietnam. Everything was fine but there were no questions asked he had the driver pick me up the next day and he thoroughly checked everything out. He was contacted just before midnight when I had my concerns and that wasn’t a problem with him either. At any time if I had any concerns I just had to contact the clinic and Dr Giap would personally come and explain or check things out. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better aftercare.

I am so pleased with the results and pricing of my first surgery that I have booked a tummy tuck, liposuction back and legs for February. I can’t wait. I throughly no holds barred recommend Dr Giap. He trained under the best in the USA for 4 years. His attention to detail with regard to scars/stitches and making incissions is amazing. He is passionate about what he does and getting the ultimate result. He is proud of his skills and so he should be. He’s the best!

The clinic is fabulous. Both dental and plastics facilities instruments etc are all top range. The staff really set them apart. They are so genuine and caring from the front desk and pharmacist in the foyer through to the technician's therapists nurses and surgeons and Dr Hung himself. Dr Hung is a lovely man and his word is his seal. Dr Giap has been in touch with me regularly since I got back to NZ. 70% of the clients at the clinic are kiwis and Australians but the words getting out and I talked to many different nationalities in the waiting room. The GM of the clinic is Australian and very helpful. He regularly travels to NZ and other places to meet with potential clients. I totally 100 % recommend this clinic and Dr Giap. If you are looking at plastics etc Dr Giap will not disappoint. He is amazing - very skilled, talented, a genuine and caring person.
