Mid Face Lift
The mid face lift is often performed with either general anesthesia or with a combination of local anesthesia and sedation. Surgery typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. There are a variety of techniques which may be used to perform the mid facelift. Incisions may be located within the hairline above the ears, inside or along the lower eyelid, or inside of the mouth. Through this incision, the tissue and skin are elevated and the cheek pad lifted. This restores fullness to the cheek and a more youthful position.

Facelift
The facelift surgery generally lasts several hours and is performed with either general anesthesia or a combination of local anesthesia and sedation. Incision patterns may vary; however, for the traditional face lift, the incision begins above the temples in the hairline and then continues in a natural line in front of and behind the ear, ending in the lower scalp. In some cases, a small incision may also be made under the chin to address the neck area.

Mini Facelift
Surgical times for the Weekend Lift are much shorter than the traditional full facelift. In fact, the surgery typically takes just one hour to complete. In addition, the surgery can be performed with local anesthesia and sedation rather than general anesthesia. This is a quick, easy procedure that fits well into many patients’ active lifestyles.

Lipotransfer
The lipotransfer procedure takes approximately one hour to complete and is often performed with local anesthesia and sedation. Fat is first removed from the donor area using gentle liposuction techniques. Common donor areas include the hips, thighs and primarily abdomen. Once the fat is removed, it is then prepared and injected into the face.

Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty is typically performed with general anesthesia and can compliment a facelift. There are two basic approaches used in rhinoplasty: open rhinoplasty and closed rhinoplasty. With closed rhinoplasty, all incisions are confined to the inside of the nostrils which allows for no visible scarring. With open rhinoplasty, a very small incision is made on the strip of skin that separates the nostrils on the underside of the nose. While open rhinoplasty will result in a scar, it is very well-camouflaged.

Dermal Fillers

Radiesse™ / Radiance™ Filler
Radiesse injections are performed in the office setting and take just fifteen minutes or so to complete. There is typically minimal discomfort associated with the injection; however, an ice pack, nerve block or topical anesthetic may be used to reduce discomfort. The substance is injected into the subdermal plane of the skin using a very fine needle. Several small injections are made and the treatment area is gently massaged afterward to help ensure smooth results.

Treatment for Wrinkles (15 mins)
Upon consultation, the doctor will determine which formula – Soft, Basic, or Intense – is best suited to meet the patient’s needs. The gel filler is injected via a fine needle syringe into the upper dermis. If necessary, the doctor will apply a light massage to distribute the gel beneath the skin’s surface layer. Patients may experience minor discomfort during the procedure; those with sensitive skin can opt for a local anesthetic.
