CosMedica - The Plastic Surgery Center of New York Dr. Howard T. Bellin is the founder of CosMedica and is the Plastic Surgeon who performs all of the surgery.  He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been in the private practice of plastic surgery for more than 25 years.  He has taught plastic surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and at New York Medical College and has been Chief of Plastic Surgery at Cabrini Medical Center; however, he now devotes himself full time to CosMedica. All surgery is performed at a new state-of-the-art, fully accredited operating room facility in a beautiful private townhouse located just off Park Avenue in New York City. The operating room is fully accredited by the Joint Commission.
