Dr Rogers had his own hair transplant performed by Dr Kemp, who also works at the Westminster Hair Clinic and was trained by Dr Rogers personally and he can thoroughly recommend it. Dr Rogers is of course, full GMC registered and his practise is registered with the Healthcare Commission (now Care Quality Commission).
