The outcomes, risks and costs were described in detail. I would recommend Mr Alvi and his team without hesitation. I travelled from Scotland to Liverpool for my procedure and check ups, and would have walked every step of the way if necessary. Absolutely first class treatment.

I did work at the hospital when I was younger building the bungalows and maintenance. I never thought I would end up using the hospital, but I must say the staff and Doctors are amazing. I only wish I was in a position to get private insurance as that is the only hospital I would use if I had the choice.

My operation actually happened ahead of time which saved me from the worry brought about from excessive waiting. In the theatre, the anaesthetist and the surgeon were incredibly courteous and reassuring which put me at my ease.
