My friend and I came to see Mr Waseem Saeed in London. He was extremely professional, courteous and considerate. I wish I had gone to him for my primary rhinoplasty because I wouldn’t have gotten botched. Mr Saeed took the time to study my friend’s operative report unlike another well-known surgeon on Harley Street who charges over £11k for a rhinoplasty and who can’t be bothered to study operative reports. This particular Harley street surgeon actually botched me! I hope Mr Saeed can fix my nose. I recommend you see Mr Saeed. I don’t think you can find a kinder and more professional surgeon. It is obvious he has not chosen a career in plastic surgery purely for money. He does a lot of charity and humanitarian work which I did not know previously. I was so impressed with Mr Saeed that I will be scheduling a consultation to see him myself!

Although weight control through diet and exercise is most important, many structural changes cannot be corrected through any method other than surgery. In cases where a large amount of excessive skin is present in the form of folds, liposuction alone will not give satisfactory results. The excessive skin must be removed along an incision (thigh lift) which is usually located within a bathing suit line at the level of a crease. Stretch marks may be improved, but can never be entirely eliminated. ​ The patient considering thigh lift surgery should be in general good health and weight should be reasonable. Thigh lift surgery is not a weight control measure though it may be helpful after a large amount of weight is lost and residual sagging skin remains. The Patient ideally should not smoke and should be on some type of exercise program. Running or walking is recommended.

After years of being concerned over my acne prone skin I had a consultation with the Doctor at Zenith in Harley Street. I had really scarred skin and was really conscious about it. I’m much more confident about it and the scarring has improved massively also recommended supplements which have helped calm my skin down. Can’t recommend highly enough. My skincare regime was pretty basic but now I’ve introduced a calming serum and changed my cleanser it’s seemed to have been less of an irritant and it feels calmer. I’m planning on having a peel just to improve the scarring further and the doctor told me to prep my face first which I’ve been doing. I was really nervous initially and the whole team was so friendly. Thank you.
