Eyelid Surgery Derbyshire

Doctor Chawdhary removed a large cyst on the back of my neck. My treatment was superb. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and all the staff were very friendly. Dr Chawdhary explained everything to me about the procedure and removed the whole cyst successfully. I just wanted to say I am sure Mary O'Brien is a wonderful surgeon but I decided to go and see Mr M Smith in Nottingham instead. I found him totally acceptable and now he has become my plastic surgeon.

I had breast surgery. This no-frills private hospital was not luxurious in decor in the private rooms, the blinds looked shabby and the walls were painted a nondescript cream. It was very hot as the room faced west and it was a hot summers day of 30c. Air conditioning in reception and theatre but not on the ward. The only food I was offered post op for an overnight stay was toast, I was not given a menu to make a choice, I asked if I could have ice cream told they do not stock it but was offered a yoghurt instead. Breakfast was again toast or cereal. The procedure went well and I cannot fault the medical or nursing team. I was checked on frequently and the care I received was first class. I do feel though that some attention should be paid to the decor on the wards, air conditioning for the wards, and improve the food on offer, as I felt the catering was worse than NHS provision. After all, it is a private hospital and I expected a little bit of luxury to be standard for the price I was paying for the procedure. The staff were polite yet friendly and professional. I was checked on regularly post op and when I rang for assistance help was quick in coming. However, I later found out there were only two overnight patients. The care I received was excellent, with staff washing hands before approaching and on leaving.

My treatment was amazing- I had otoplasty performed just after my 18th birthday. It was fast, easy, and felt cared for from start to finish. The results were amazing and I am extremely happy with them- I would recommend MACS clinic to anyone who is for a reliable place for their surgery. Thanks Mr Vadodaria!

The only regret I have, is not getting this done sooner! From start to finish the whole process was exceptional. Professor Mahajan explained everything in detail at the consultation and his secretary Nichola has been brilliant and answered my never ending questions since then! Everything was thoroughly explained and really put my mind at ease as I was extremely nervous and also preparing to spend a lot of money, so I really wanted to make sure I was in the best possible hands, this has certainly been the case. The care I received from the team at the yorkshire clinic was absolutely brilliant, they were super attentive and went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable, reassured me with any worries and I honestly could not have wished for better care. The room was great, lovely and clean, plenty of space and the food was amazing! I was a little worried I was going to have to book back in for more Lipo after the amount of delicious home cooked meals I ate! Certainly helped with the recovery though! Professor Mahajan even came in on his day off as I was worried about something (turned out to be nothing!) but again the care was above and beyond and they also kept me in for a few extra days to make sure I was absolutely ready to go home. I had my 2 weeks post op check today and already the results are nothing short of amazing! My stomach has never looked this good, even at the early stage he has worked wonders I am so excited to be able to finally wear nice clothes and not be worried about my kangaroo pouch showing! I am so happy with my decision to go with professor Mahajan and the yorkshire clinic and could honestly not recommend them more! The whole experience completely surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at getting this procedure.
