I would like to thank Darren Lewis for my first operation removing a mole on the side of my right breast operation went really well, but my results came back cancer melanoma stage 1A. So I have had another operation 16th March 2023 with Darren Lewis a wider operation to check that this has not spread. Waiting for results staying positive. I had my surgery with Dr Rochira on the 19th Jan 2023. I had my initial consultation with him in October 2022 and he was very approachable and very professional. He outlined his expectations and as I had done my research prior I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. His goal is to keep you looking natural with a nose that suits your face, in comparison to some surgeons I’ve seen who place the same nose onto every patient. The whole process was smooth from start to end. I was so nervous about the surgery on the day but the care I received was fantastic. I am now 3 months post-op and I can easily say I’d do it again if I had to. The bruising was pretty much none existent and there was very minimal swelling. No pain whatsoever, just an uncomfortable sensation like when you have a bad cold. My advice would be to do your research beforehand and you’ll be prepared for the results after the cast comes off. I knew I would be swollen at first and it wouldn’t be the final result. 3 months later and my nose fits my face and it frames my whole face so much better. Healing takes up to a year so I am not finished with my journey yet, but I am beyond happy with my result. My self-esteem and confidence have increased hugely thanks to Dario and I’ll forever be grateful. I used to be obsessed with my nose in a negative way, I hated my side profile and when I smiled my nose would droop down. Now I’m obsessed in a different way and I can’t believe it’s my nose. Anyone worried about getting this procedure that wants it done, Dario will look after you and create a better version of yourself. I can only speak on my experience but I can’t fault his services and his expertise. Thankyou so much Dario!
