It’s been 7 months since I had my total face rejuvenation surgery with dr Cem. I had face/neck and temporal lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty and lip lift combination. Since I live in Switzerland, the first pre-op consultation was a video call with him. He was so clear and confident with all the process, was patient while listening and explained all the details. He really makes you feel safe. The surgery lasted about 5-6 hours and aftercare was also intimate by his team and nurse(thanks to nurse Volkan). I had some bruising around my eyes and jowl for 4-5 days but without any pain. After 2 weeks of face mask, It was very natural. I had no surprises during the whole process. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards. Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive thyroid and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful. I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.
