I have just returned home following a breast explant operation with uplifting and Lypo fat harvest into my breasts to reconstruct. I had my implants 10 years ago in the UK and have recently been feeling unwell from them. I did lots of research and found vanity was the absolute best option… it didn’t disappoint!
