Education and Specialty General Doctor since 1978, University of Panama, License N° 1904 Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology Dr Vega was trained at the Social Security Hospital Complex in 1983. He was the Prenatal Doctor at the Metropolitan Hospital Complex from 1986-1987 and was part of the medical team at Hospital Gorgas with the USA Armed Forces. Since 1992 he has been engaged in private practice and trained in different fields to obtain a second specialty. Furthermore he is Director of the Center of Gynecology and Obstetrics Punta Pacifica.
