Plastic Surgeon. Berend van der Lei (1958), a plastic surgeon from May 1, 1995, was appointed on 1 February 2007 as a Professor of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery at the University of Groningen and the University Medical Center Groningen. He is the first in the Netherlands and even Europe.

Plastic Surgeon. Tim Means Mountain (1974) was educated in Germany and since 2008 plastic surgeon. He has worked in Germany in different clinics in Muenster, Berlin and Halle. Since October 1, 2010 he is a plastic surgeon at the UMCG.

Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Yassir Eltahir (1966), a plastic surgeon since 28 February 2003. Educated in Hungary. After working in Budapest, Hungary, he has since March 1, 2005 staff member at the department of plastic surgery at the University Medical Center Groningen.
