I am from Chennai. I had gyno problem since childhood. I realised and felt uncomfortable once I finished schooling since I cannot wear normal shirts and T-shirts. Even if I wear I felt odd since friends or colleagues who are close sometimes make fun of it. Though they don't mean it, I felt bad. For one month it was little difficult to manage all myself but I did it. After one month I became normal and started slowly to work out.I started wearing tight shirts.
