Didn't have time for all my questions.

I went to this clinic because I have some spots of different around my body, so I chose this place because of the price of the appointment, and because the dermatologist has been on the trade for more than twenty-five years.

My experience was all right; the doctor checked all my skin from my head until the last inch in my toes, also made the standard questions about my family medical history, but at the end of the consultation, the doctor looked in a hurry, so I could not solve all my queries.

At the Cosmetic Medical Centre we pride ourselves on helping our patients with their needs and are glad you had a great experience at our centre. We apologise that all your questions were not answered. Our consultations last 30 minutes and typically that is more than enough time to thoroughly answer our patient's questions and explain any relevant procedures. When Dr Roberts is faced with more than a couple of issues during a single consultation, he has to strike a balance between answering all the patient queries and providing thorough explanations. Sometimes we simply run out of time. We would be happy to address any further queries or concerns you may have at a second consultation.
