I can't speak more highly of all the staff from reception to surgical nurses. I had an initial consultation with Dr Michael Zacharia on 6th December, had a detailed quotation within a few days, booked couple weeks later and had a mini facelift 16th January. It's less than 3 weeks and already I'm feeling and looking great. What a fantastic surgeon! Great experience from beginning to end. Dr Lamb's staff are some of the nicest people you will meet, very supportive throughout the whole process. Dr lamb is hilarious although I could imagine some people taking his sense of humour wrong. Regardless of that, he was very professional and everything went perfectly well. I had bilateral ptosis repair 5 months ago. The procedure was performed on the day of surgery. Of course, bruising and swelling were a part of my post-surgery recovery, but the result are worth it. I’m so glad that I’ve found Dr. Kailis I felt so comfortable while in his care. The nurses were amazing during my stay in hospital and Dr Kailis took his time in the morning for a visit to check on me. I was a little scared and anxious about the procedure (breast augmentation & lift) but he calmed me down and made it an absolute amazing experience. So happy with the results so far.
