I originally sought treatment from Mark nearly two years ago when a longstanding disc problem in my lower back progressed to permanent sciatica. This was making driving painful and affecting my sleeping position. After a course of intensive treatments sciatica subsided and since then my lower back is considerably better and only painful if I overdo things. I have continued to attend for regular adjustments to my back, neck and always feel better after a session. Mark works from a small clinic in central working where all the staff I have met have been welcoming and professional. Mark takes an interest in my wellbeing and has made several helpful suggestions which can complement chiropractic, e.g. Pilates. He has a positive and optimistic approach to treating my back problems.
