My Body Studios is a full service fitness studio specialising in pliates (both machine and floor work), Gyrotonic and Yoga. The centre offers classes conducted by highly trained and qualified instructors registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals. The studio offers exercise treatments specially designed to reduce pain in patients who suffer from debilitating pain such as diabetes, arthritis, asthma, angina, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, sports injuries, hypertension and back and neck disorders or injuries. Students work with instructors to perform the exercises as well as learn some exercises that can be done at home.

Chiropractic spinal adjustments are used in this clinic to solve a range of painful problems for patients. The chiropractor at the clinic uses the McTimoney method of chiropractic treatments. The clinic is located in Ruyton XI Towns in Shropshire (between Shrewsbury & Oswestry).
