Active Health Clinics - Maidenhead

Dr Steve Mullan graduated as a chiropractor from the McTimoney Chiropractic College, Abingdon, where he received a degree in chiropractic. He is accredited by the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and is a member of the United Chiropractic Association (UCA).

Having graduated Dr Mullan opened his practice within Cookham Medical Centre, providing treatment to referrals from GPs and the general public. After working at the clinic for 5 years Dr Mullan wanted to integrate various treatments to provide a service to his patients that can help actively improve their health. From this ACTIVE HEALTH CLINICS was born.

Dr Mullan continues to be an active sportsman. Having played football for the majority of his life he has recently hung up his boots and picked up his running shoes. He conquered the New York Marathon in 2008 and is currently training for the London and Edinburgh Marathons. From this its no surprise that he has a keen interest in the treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries.

Martin Storr qualified as a chiropractor following a successful career in business. He trained at the internationally accredited Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, and qualified in 1998 with an MSc.

She has been an advanced practitioner in Sacro-Occipital Technique since 2005 and is keen to help other practitioners learn this valuable technique. She was invited to lecture at the annual SOTO Europe conference in 2009 and 2010 and hopes to continue with her career in chiropractic education in the future.
