About CardioHealth Center

Our clinic is a specialized cardiology center. Our aim is to offer high quality, up-to-date cardiology services. Same day appointments are usually available for urgent consultations. We are accredited by the European Society of Cardiology in adult transthoracic echocardiography, ensuring a high quality of this critical cardiac examination.

Our services include:

  • Cardiac check-ups (including blood tests, ECG - electrocardiogram, consultation and, if judged appropriate other tests such as stress test, echocardiography, carotid imaging etc).
  •  Consultations on heart diseases including coronary artery disease, hypertension, heart failure, atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias, heart valve disease, syncope, cardiomyopathies etc.
  • Sport-screenings for professional and amateur athletes and medical coverage of sport events. 
  • Insurance medicals for various insurance companies.
  • Home visits for patients unable to attend the clinic. 
  • In cases where hospitalization is judged necessary we can admit and follow patients at local hospitals. 

In our clinic we perform the following tests:

Doctor is the best! Next time when I have check up I can tell you more, but for a first visit I was impressed. He is professional, friendly and ready to help. I got best explanation about heart generally so I understand it better now.

Staff there is amazing. Clinic is clean and nice, easy to find. They are all so nice. Receptionist is so calm, nurse kind and gentle and doctor as I said amazing. They really take their time to feel comfortable and discovering problem.

Biography:

Dr Theodoros Christodoulides has graduated from University of Patras medical school in Greece. He specialized in cardiology at Nicosia General Hospital. During his cardiology fellowship he was trained in novel echocardiographic techniques at the university cardiology department of "Attikon" hospital in Athens, in the context of the "Europass Mobility Experience" program. He also attended as a honorary clinical observer the proceedings of the cardiovascular magnetic resonance unit of the Royal Brompton hospital in London.

He is accredited in echocardiography by the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI) of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) as well as in resuscitation (Advanced Life Support) for which he is also an instructor candidate. He is also certified by the Executive Committee for Foreign Medical Graduates of the United States.He is a board member of the Cyprus Society of Hypertension and vice president of the heart failure working group of Cyprus Society of Cardiology. He is the ambassador of EACVI's club 35 for Cyprus. He is also a member of Cyprus Medical Association, European Society of Cardiology, Cyprus Resuscitation Council and Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance working group of the European Society of Cardiology.
