I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

Having ‘never’ had any treatments before, I was a little twitchy around what to expect. I’ve lost the collagen in my skin & I’m looking a bit too old for my liking. I was tentatively looking around to see what I could do to put my smile back in the right place on my face, it has dropped a bit. The ladies at this clinic were very kind, friendly & just talked me through what they could do, what to expect & what the outcome will be. I chose a fat dissolver for my chin & upper arms. The cost was comparable with other clinics meaning I didn’t have travel costs. The clinic is local to me. Louise, the practitioner, knows her stuff. She has years of experience & again, talked me through the process. She too was kind & friendly! I cannot fault them

My brother had a skin tag removed this weekend. It was very large and worrying about him. She was very professional and made my brother feel at ease. She was able to show me before and after photos as I was not there. She also called my brother the next day to see how he was. I would fully recommend using her services again if need be. Staff friendly but professional. Paula put me at ease as I was quite nervous. Clinic itself is in a beautiful Victorian house and decor- very much has a calming effect as not too clinical.

I went to the surgery 8.30am 14th September 2022, I was very nervous as there had been 2 failed attempts. I was put at ease straight away by Bilal the dentist and the by his assistant Sarah. All went smooth. They were friendly and reassuring throughout.

I’ve been to see Jacqui for various treatments to tackle signs of premature aging, pigmentation, and skin tags. Jacqui is extremely knowledgeable and always puts me at ease. I would not hesitate in recommending Jacqui to anyone.
