Was a bit sceptical at first as to how acupuncture could help my ankles (which have both been operated on over 4 years ago but now suffered from aching arthritis) This was my last hope for any relief. I had recurrent and long-term lower back pain issues. I have seen osteopaths and physiotherapists for this, they did help, but the issue kept coming back. Simone offered a tailored treatment of acupuncture, massage and Chinese Medicine (Herbs) that really made a key difference to me, not just to the back pain but to my overall well being. Lovely location and serene surroundings. Stripped back pine flooring and a roaring fire in the stove, what's not to like? Easy to reach by public transport (Dinas Powys train station is 10-15 minutes walk away).

I would highly recommend Dr John Zhang, I was suffering from a severe neck and back pain for weeks until I saw John. He was able to relieve the pain in 3 sessions of Acupuncture and massage. He was professional, polite and explained to me the whole process and how it all works. This was my first time doing acupuncture and I will be going back next time I have a pain or problem. He is a very professional and knowledgable practitioner of Acupuncture with many years of experience in this field and in other healing modalities. He has helped me with bereavement issues, neck and back pain, Chronic Fatigue and various other complex health issues for a long time now. I now feel that I can live a much more active life altogether. He has helped to balance my liver and gallbadder energies as I have digestive issues; due to the removal of my gallbladder when I was only 13 years old.
