I contacted Austin's clinic as he provided the procedure I wanted more information on. Our meeting was informal and informative and Austin was open and honest with me. I came away more knowledgeable about what my options were and the costs involved.

I have attended Dr Bong for several years now and the result has always been excellent and positively rejuvenating! He is a skilled expert who will honestly explain exactly what can be done. From the moment I walked in, my first impressions were that I was most definitely in the right place for my treatment. I was met with a smile from Karen, the receptionist who was very polite. I was treated with the utmost of care, professionalism and the procedure was quite painless. (I had a small wart removed). I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. Chiara is the best! she is amazing and a natural at what she does and is always happy to share her knowledge on all the procedures she carries out. She looks amazing and is always well-presented. Jenny came highly recommended and I nervously booked in for a consultation. Jenny is friendly approachaeable knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns and requirements. I had concerns about lip lines but wanted a very natural result to reduce them without looking different. Jenny recommended fillers and was very confident and reassuring about the outcome being right for what i was looking for. I spent the first three days thinking anhh what i done and concealing some swelling with ice packs and makeup even though nobody even seemed to notice !. Within a week i can say I’m absolute delighted with the result and have immense faith in Jenny and her team tor their expertise, professionalism and skill.

I had semi-permanent eyebrows done two days ago and I have not stopped smiling since. It's a great value. Up to this point, I've had very little and uneven eyebrows. I could never pencil them in to look even. To get up in the morning and see these eyebrows I now have is an amazing feeling. I will definitely be going there again. Thank you, Camilla.
