Skin peels are a treatment that re-generate and re-surface the skin by creating a controlled trauma to the skin. Peels generally remove the top layers of skin to help stimulate collagen production and therefore improves sun-damaged skin, skin pigmentation problems, wrinkles, skin texture, and the overall appearance of the skin. What types of skin peels are there? There are many types of skin peels available, ranging from superficial to medium depth to deep.
