We came to see Dr Hung on the recommendation of a good friend, my wife required quite extensive dental work which in Australia was prohibitively expensive, after consulting Dr Hung it was decided to remove all her upper teeth and replace them with an all on 4 implant, due to the thinness of the bone under the gums special implants were needed. On a second visit to fit her permanent upper denture she also had some work to her lower teeth and a cosmetic facelift she had wanted for a long time. Our first impressions were extremely favourable, the staff were very friendly and professional and went out of their way to help us, in the clinic itself everything was very modern and clean and the Doctors very skilled and knowledgeable. All the work was completed quickly and painlessly and my wife is very happy indeed with the results, the happiest I have seen her in a long long time. We have no hesitation in recommending Worldwide Dental & cosmetic surgery Hospital and in particular Dr Hung, Dr Loc and the always cheerful and helpful Ms Dep and the rest of the team for making our visit so fantastic.

I never used to think about enlarged pores, or even really know what they were – until I turned 50, when my own pores overnight got noticeably bigger – to the point where they became practically the only feature of my face I could see. It was awful. Trying to cover them up with foundation only accentuated them, so make- up couldn’t make me look better; quite the opposite, it made my skin look even worse. I tried using toners and moisturisers that promised to reduce my pores, but they made no difference at all. So thank the lord – and Dr Rakus - for Advatx. I underwent three monthly sessions, which were completely painless, and by the end of these my pores had shrunk so much that I’ve gone back to never even noticing them.

On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. I did have a small issue. I went in for lip and nasolabial fold filler. I read online that skinvitality pushes treatments on their costumers but I did not have this experience. Exactly what I already knew I wanted is what they recommended and that is all. The women who did my assessment was wonderful. So was my injector. Everybody working was incredibly kind. When the treatment was finished I was absolutely in love with the results, but as the 2 weeks went by and the swelling went down, my nasolabial fold filler didn't seem to take. I started to investigate online and came across some horrible reviews about customer service and became a little worried I wouldnt be able to get a touch up to fix the issue. I want to be clear, my experience with customer service was great! I'm not sure what happened with others to where they didn't have a good experience but that was not the case for me at all. When I went back for a follow up appointment the injector did see that the filler didn't really take but began to massage the area I had filled and it improved the look of it drastically. I was told "sometimes you just have to massage the filler into place to fix the problem" after she messaged my nasolabial fold area, I looked in the mirror and it looked significantly better. She took photos and I was happy with how it looked after the follow up appointment. But by the next day, it went back to how it looked before she massaged the area and again I was extremely unhappy. It looked as if I hadn't had any filler at all. When patient care was reviewing my complaint, the pictures they were sent were the ones taken AFTER my injector had massaged the area, and it did not show the issue I was complaining about. Even so, they still offered me a touch up free of charge. I sent my own before and after pictures in an email to show what it ACTUALLY looked like the day after the area was massaged (which wasn't good) to ensure them that I would not have asked for a free touch up if it continued to look as good as it did after the injector massaged the area. I thanked her and ensured her that I would continue using their service after such amazing costumer service despite the pictures they recieved from the injector looking like there actually had been an improvement.

I had my mira dry treatment last year, and I never regretted spending a dime in my life for a permanent outcome. It’s worth the pain from all the needles I’ve been through. No more sweat, no more smell but much more confidence! 👌🏻

On February 17, 2024, I booked an appointment for the Ultraformer III treatment. During my visit, I consulted with the doctor about treatments that could improve the quality of my skin and my cognitive health. The doctor provided clear explanations about each treatment option and I finally decided to do Glass-skin program, NAD+ Therapy and the Ultraformer III 600 shots. The clinic was kind enough to provide me with numbing cream, which made the procedure very comfortable, including the injections that followed. Numbing cream took around 50-60 minutes and during the wait, NAD+ was administered. They also prescribed an anti-swelling lotion in case I experienced any swelling the next day. Today, on February 18, 2024, my skin is smooth and I have no pain or swelling. I don't have to use the prescribed lotion at all. I am able to go to work without any problems and I can already feel the tightening effect of the treatment. I am excited to see the full results.
