I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.

Fantastic service from this clinic. A very large back cyst was removed very professionally. With no pain. A great explanation of the process was given to me over the phone and again at the clinic. I can't fault the service or the aftercare

Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Halo, Mangotsfield. After initially hearing that sadly their beautician was on maternity leave, I was contacted by sms by them to say that they had limited appointment availability available (the lady had not given birth yet) & it would seem they were making some appointments available (she was moving house, how crazy is that leading up to the birth of your child eh?!) & the experience on the day was amazing. Having been recommended to Cokely Cosmetics by friends and family, I decided to book in for my first ever appointment. I was greeted and had been communicating back and forward with Sarah about the best suitable filler for my current lip structure. I was given very good advice and decided to go ahead. I Felt that she was extremely honest with her recommendations that were best suited for myself, many other companies may try to enhance the money they get from you. Throughout the entire procedure, I was checked up on, spoken to and had each segment explained to me. I felt completely comfortable and aware of what was happening. I'm so very pleased with the outcome and would 100% recommend to anyone who wishes to try filler or any cosmetic enhancements. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering how well they are done. I was given information to take away with me and was told to contact her if I should need too. Very professional. Super pleased with my new pout!

Had a mole removed that was very close to left eye, starting to interfere with my peripheral vision. Kate made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and explained everything very well, especially as this was an environment that the majority of men are not used to. Very private and confidential, and good price, would strongly recommend.

I had 10 itchy moles removed from my back. The information provided beforehand was clear and helpful. I was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks. The clinic was a pleasant environment. The doctor and assistant were likeable people. I was expecting this to be a consultation rather than actually doing the job, but I agreed on what needed doing and the price and got it done right away. Each mole was treated with an anaesthetic jab which was briefly a bit stingy, but the rest of the process was painless. The treatment leaves some short term wounds that are now healing well one week after treatment. They itch a bit but I am sure that this will reduce and go over the next few weeks. I have been meaning to do this for ages. I am glad I have had it done.
