The staff are lovely; friendly, relaxed & informative. Shaan, who did the treatment was fantastic. She loves her job and has such good knowledge & skills of how to get the best results. She was in no rush, took time to get the best result & was lovely to spend the hour with! Highly recommend.

This clinic is in the town centre on Hagley Road. It’s located in one of the better areas in Birmingham and they’ve got an actual doctor performing the surgeries. Dr. Holloran was so professional and gave me an immediate appointment for my non-surgical nose job and jaw and cheek fillers. I think she’s fantastic and I’ve recommended her to all of my friends. Everything (reception, coffee and bathroom facilities) was really nice. Dr. Holloran was sincere and thorough; she wasn’t trying to cut corners or anything and really listened to what I wanted. She tries to give you the exact look you’re hoping for. She gave me sound advice and the follow-up was even better. I’m really happy with the results.

Lip augmentation This was my first time ever having fillers and I was so worried I was going to look like a pufferfish, especially when she said I would need 1ml. She explained everything and showed me a diagram of what she was going to do and where she was going to inject. Gabriella reshaped my lips with 1ml so I could notice but barely, I went back after 2 weeks for a review and she added another 1ml to my lips. I trusted what she was saying so I agreed. Once finished my worries were gone because they were shaped lovely and so natural looking. I am so happy with Gabriella's work.

Had my eyebrows microblade on Monday. I was very nervous but Nicola Put me at ease she was lovely very professional. Pleased with the outcome eyebrows natural. And that is what I wanted. Thank you Beauty-within. I will be seeing you again soon X

I have been visiting here ever since it opened and was just Kelly. It’s been so wonderful to see the clinic grow in size and staff! I started off with having cavitation and fat freeze and I’ve moved onto facials and nails and recently I’ve had a tattoo removed that I have been contemplating having removed for years! The process was explained to me fully and in depth with aftercare advice. I expected to experience some pain as it hurts to have a tattoo so surely it would it hurt to have it removed! I have had cavi lipo treatment, having had 4 sessions so far. I can see the results straight away but more importantly long term as well. This clinic has been very helpful, spending a lot of time explaining the procedure and aftercare.
