A chemical peel is a treatment whereby a type of chemical peel solution is applied to the skin to improve and smooth the texture of the skin. The solution contains certain types of acids which when applied penetrate to diferent levels of the skin. Facial skin is mostly treated although any area can be treated (provided it is safe to do so). A light chemical peel will smooth the skin and remove dead skin cells and is great to give you a fresh glow pre event or holiday ( we do advise sunscreen after each chemical peel).
