My experience with hair loss started in my early twenties. It began thinning steadily over the years but it had rapidly progressed by the time I reached thirty. I never wore my hair down and regularly wore toppers as my hair was so transparent on the scalp and around the crown area. It took such a toll on my confidence and I would often be in tears at the thought of losing it. I exhausted all avenues too; various hair vitamins, hair toppers and hair extensions (the latter just exacerbated the problem). In the end, after a lot of research, I came across Horner and Brown in Coventry. We arranged a meeting and discussed my options. Michaela and Emma were very honest about expectations and we decided a combined laser and minoxidil treatment was the way forward. Initially, I lost a lot of hair, I was also shedding my postpartum baby hair so it was a double whammy for me, but over time I began noticing little baby hairs growing all around the front of my head where I had receded. I also felt new hair around my crown and scalp area. I am now at a point where my confidence has been restored, I no longer obsess about my hair and do not worry about the future. My hair feels healthy and fuller and I finally feel confident enough to wear it down. I can’t thank Emma and Michaela enough for their support, professionalism and honesty. Being new to any kind of aesthetic treatment, I went feeling nervous of what to expect, but Jade made me feel so at ease as she is so friendly and just lovely. Everything was explained as she proceeded with each step, along with the aftercare. Jade is really passionate and confident about all the treatments we spoke about and is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns. I had no issues post treatment and I truly believe it’s because Jade is so good at what she does. The salon is very clean and welcoming and the prices are really good compared to other places. Would 100% recommend and I will definitely stay with Jade for any future treatments

I have visited Dr Cei on a few occasions recently whereby I sat in consultation with her looking at what I was hoping to achieve. Her advice and explanation for each procedure was extremely professional whilst maintaining a friendly helpful manner. I am overjoyed with the outcome having had dermal fillers and Profhilo achieving a naturally enhanced appearance. Treatment went very well. I had derma fillers. Good value. Went back for review two weeks after treatment to check everything ok. Lovely clean clinic and very professional.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

I would definitely recommend Personally You. As soon as I spoke to them I felt confident that they were very professional. When I had my appointment I felt completely relaxed and was very happy with the procedure.
