I attended Defyne clinic to have plasma treatment. I was really quite nervous but Pinar and the other staff are so friendly I was soon put at ease. Pinar explained the process thoroughly, and the aftercare so there was no hidden surprises. I am very pleased with the outcome of my treatment. I would definitely attend again.

I was suffering from a fungal nail infection that had spread to all my fingernails (toes were not affected thankfully). Honestly hand in heart could not recommend this lady highly enough I have hyper mobility Ehlers Danslo which has made the last 5 years beyond difficult . My anxiety has been sky high, self esteem rock bottom and my faith in all professionals non-existent, after years of gaslighting and let downs. I contacted Elizabeth a year before treatment as I knew I needed a lift but was terrified to go ahead with anything. Her patience, knowledge and attention to detail is beyond explanation. She’s kind, she listens and she really really delivers. I feel natural, refreshed and reinvigorated. I’ve had several different treatments with Dr Brad! Including Treatment for Wrinkles, Profhilo, eye hollow filler and laser treatments for uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation. Dr Brad is a highly professional Doctor and very compassionate. I’m really happy with the results of the laser treatments and it’s given me more confidence!
