The people who work here are very friendly as soon as you walk In they make you feel relaxed. Very professional and answer your questions. Even when I got my teeth sorted and just walked out forgetting to make an appointment for after care, they phoned me nothing is to much trouble. Thank you all.

I use OFF Laser to do my laser under arm and Brazilian hair removal and it was such an amazing experience. All the staff are super nice and very professional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place and I will be doing other future treatments with them. I also want to thank all therapists as they've always been amazing. I have referred a couple of friends already and will come back soon for other areas.

Receptionist was helpful with suggestions if the dentist is booked and busy. Arash Jafari, the dentist who treated me, explains procedures carefully and checks that I am comfortable with everything. All round a much better service than I received previously in London who were very good but not as good as this practice in Bexhill.

So I had been researching lip fillers for a good 2 years and no other clinic I looked at were nurse led, which really stuck with me. Going through before and afters from a lot of recommendations and cherrybomb were still in my head as looking the best however I was still hesitant. By chance, I happened to sit opposite Nurse Ellen at a restaurant and had to say hello, I think meeting her really sealed the deal as she was so lovely even though I interrupted her meal. I booked online that week and could not be happier. Nurse Ellen asked what kind of look I wanted so I showed her a picture, she advised on what amount I could have to achieve that look and we went for it. The explanation throughout was amazing, informing me on every part of the process and I can confirm it didn’t hurt one bit. So as a first-timer, I can only say was a 5-star experience.

The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist, especially Dr Ali and his nurse was very nice and caring. He made my children feel right at home as if we were his own family. He provided excellent service every time and my children are happy and confident be coming here for all their future dental needs! Thank you everyone.

I shopped around a bit before I decided to use The Cooden Medical Group for varicose veins treatment. I’m happy with the results and we’ll have my next follow-up in three weeks time. The first time I went to the clinic, it was a bit hard to find, but this is because I didn’t have an actual building number. I arrived late and in a great state. But they were very kind and tried to help me. The consultant was very good, but I didn’t feel like I could ask him questions. It was a little intimidating, but I think I was a bit over-awed. Other than this, he was very kind. He was very skilled at his job and this was the most important aspect for me. They gave me some advice regarding the pain. I had some Nurofen at home, so I used this. I don’t think I was sufficiently prepared and this is partly because my sister in Canada had the varicose treatment last year. She was able to drive herself home afterwards. I responded much differently and the after-effects were worse than expected. I think the clinic should let patients know that they might be very uncomfortable for a week afterwards. Things are fine now, though. I’m satisfied.
