I contacted Austin's clinic as he provided the procedure I wanted more information on. Our meeting was informal and informative and Austin was open and honest with me. I came away more knowledgeable about what my options were and the costs involved.

I always have the best experience when attending Dr Bong’s clinic. I was apprehensive about attending my first appointment, although I had researched and understood his qualifications I was nervous. He took time to understand what I thought I needed to improve and sublimely changed my mindset, he does know best, and I actually didn’t need everything I thought I did. Dr Bong set my assurance by expanding on his background and years of experience both in the treatments he provides along with an insight into the training he delivers around the world. Dr Bong discusses what is best and most suitable to keep me looking fresh. He is professional and respectful and I feel completely safe in his care. I’ve had lots of compliments about how great I and my skin look - 10 years younger effect. Absolutely 100% recommend. His support team are also really lovely and super helpful with appointments when you have a busy diary like me. 😊

I am 64 and just felt I looked ‘old’ I had Dermer rolling and then dermal fillers. I am thrilled with the results after one day and I know it will be even better after a week. It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.

Jenny came highly recommended and I nervously booked in for a consultation. Jenny is friendly approachaeable knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns and requirements. I had concerns about lip lines but wanted a very natural result to reduce them without looking different. Jenny recommended fillers and was very confident and reassuring about the outcome being right for what i was looking for. I spent the first three days thinking anhh what i done and concealing some swelling with ice packs and makeup even though nobody even seemed to notice !. Within a week i can say I’m absolute delighted with the result and have immense faith in Jenny and her team tor their expertise, professionalism and skill.
