I've always had a good experience with Allison's clinic. I've been going there for years, In this case I got my lips done and they are amazing. Alison explained the procedure, listened to what I wanted and explained how the end result was going to look. Alot of numbing cream and a few injections later, she really worked her magic when I got handed that mirror Allison was as happy as me with her work. Now after the swelling has gone down I can really appreciate the effort she put in. I am in love with my new lips.

The clinic is excellent, and the staff is outstanding! I've had the best experience in the OFF Skin and Laser Clinic, and I highly recommend their services. I did the laser hair removal treatment, and the improvement has been noticeable since the beginning. I couldn't be happier with the results! The treatment was very effective, especially considering my ingrow and stubborn hair. Also, the staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful, making you feel comfortable and welcome. My huge thank you to the OFF S&L clinic staff!

The whole experience was great from start to finish. The treatment was throughly explained before each step was carried out. Any pre-treatment concerns were addressed and as it was my first time, I was put at ease by Christie Allen who performed the treatment. The treatment itself was seamless. I was given information both verbally and in written format to take away, outlining what to expect and what to do/not to do post treatment and this included a contact number in case there were to be any need to get in contact post-treatment. Although there has been no need for this as the service I received was exemplary. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Rebecca Pidgeon is extremely experienced and the best person to trust when having fillers. I saw Rebecca years ago somewhere else but as it was my first ever experience in having fillers I complained which I regret. I've seen other companies that offer fillers etc and they are NOT as qualified as Rebecca. So I apologise for ever being nasty and please forgive me. You are the Best.

Carley was very welcoming and I love the quiet relaxed atmosphere. Carley took time to explain what she felt would suit my needs best, but also guided me away from some of my uninformed ideas! I loved that important aftercare information was explained by Carley and also given on a card ( otherwise I wouldn’t remember by the time I left!) Carley also offers a review of treatment after things have settled and is more than happy to give a little top-up, if either you or Carley feels that it’s wanted. I give a 5-star recommendation and am now a returning client and wouldn’t go to anyone else

Firstly, Kerry is a wonderful person. Calm, kind, knowledgeable and very personable. She explained clearly to me how she would remove the milia on my face. The procedure was very easy and quick with limited discomfort. Only 5 days later my skin is absolutely clear and the milia have disappeared. I’m amazed. Yes, you have to take care of the crusts and slight swelling after the procedure, but that is obvious. Just keep the area dry. I highly recommend Kerry and her clinic. Thank you, Kerry!
