Such a gentle and understanding Doctor, Dr Sonja made me feel completely at ease and reassured me that I was being heard and not wasting anyone's time. I am so happy I chose to keep this appointment ( which I had been tempted to cancel as I really didn't want to create a fuss - surely it was just Menopause and there was nothing I could do about it!) Came in this morning for a well over due check up and upon finding a dentist in Galway since moving. From arrival to leaving the practice I could not speak highly enough. The dentist was so professional and answered all my questions as a new patient. She made me so relaxed and comfortable. The professionalism from the dentist and her nurse to the receptionist was second to none and I look forward to returning again soon.

Called up as I have been having some concerns and wanted a full check-up and consultation about my heart, spoke to the receptionist and was guided to book my appointment on their website which I found very easy and convenient as I could choose the day and time that I wanted and I was really happy how clear their fees were. Dr Mo was so good and compassionate and took all the time to explain everything to me and address all my concerns. Since then I have moved from my old GP to Ellwood Clinic and I am really glad because they are always there to take my calls and I can get an appointment anytime.
