After obtaining his Medical Degree in 2004, Dr. Blue furthered his course of study by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Health Science Administration in 2006. In 2010, Dr. Blue completed his Family Medicine residency training at Beaumont Hospital, Grosse Pointe Michigan.

In Windsor, Dr. Blue has continued his commitment to patient care and education through his memberships with the American Academy of Family Physicians, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, College of Family Physicians of Canada/Le Collège des Médecins de Famille du Canada, International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, American Academy of Aesthetics Medicine, National Society of Cosmetic Physicians, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Blue currently holds medical licenses in Michigan and Ontario, Canada. His vast scope of training and expertise allows him to practice as a Hospitalist Physician at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital and provide regular assistance in the operating room. In addition, Dr. Blue has his own private practice at the Ouellette Health Center where he focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management and outpatient office surgical procedures.

After obtaining her Medical Degree in 2004, Dr. Kupeyan furthered her course of study by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration in 2005. In 2007 she completed her Family Medicine training at Spartanburg Regional Family Medicine Program in Spartanburg, SC where she spent her final year as Chief Resident. Dr. Kupeyan returned to Windsor after completing her medical studies and began working as a Hospitalist at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital and later opened her own private family practice at the Ouellette Health Centre. She now continues to care for patients at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital, provide primary care for her family medicine patients at the Ouellette Health Centre and helps patients achieve their goals with weight loss medicine at Smile and Body. In Windsor, Dr. Kupeyan has continued her commitment to patient care and education through her memberships with the American Academy of Family Physicians, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, College of Family Physicians of Canada/Le Collège des Médecins de Famille du Canada, and the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine with an emphasis in weight-loss medicine. Dr. Kupeyan currently holds licenses in Michigan, U.S.A. and Ontario, Canada as a certified Family Physician.

Dr Kupeyan grew up in Windsor Ontario, attended Kennedy Collegiate and the University of Windsor. In order to pursue his professional career moved to Toronto and graduated from the University of Toronto dental school in 1977. He began practising general dentistry and during those four years developed an interest in aesthetic and restorative treatment. To further his education, Dr. Kupeyan pursued an additional two years of specialist training in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Michigan where he received his Master of Science degree in 1983. At this time he was also licensed as a Prosthodontist by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Dr Kupeyan has been featured in the Windsor Star 1999 "Teeth the Same Day" and performed the first Computer Guided Surgery in 2004 in Canada and this was featured in Homemakers magazine. He continues to teach other dental practitioners on the AllOn Patient Preferred Approach to quick and cost effective approach to dental implant treatment.
