What after care is required after a Scar Removal procedure?

They should avoid strenuous exercises and lifting heavy objects for at least a month. The scabs in the planting area were a little itchy, but I didn't scratch them, because the doctor told me not to scratch them, just let them fall off naturally. On the tenth day, I cleared the scabs. Now my hair looks natural. I am very happy.
