I had my eyelid surgery here on a friend’s recommendation. They offered follow-ups, but I had to return home and couldn’t go for these. For the results and service, the price was great. There was a bit of swelling and it took 2-3 weeks to see the final outcome. One of the things I didn’t like, is that you were clumped with all the other patients in a waiting room. They called out my name when it was my turn and I found this whole process quite bizarre. I would have liked a more private experience. They were mostly able to understand me, though there was a bit of confusion at the front desk. I didn’t like the clinic’s lack of organisation. They didn’t explain certain things. For example, I had to enter through the back door of the hospital instead of the front. Better organisation would be great. This was the only issue I had. The hospital and the surgeon were both fantastic.

I had my initial appointment yesterday. Dawn was very informative and answered all my questions. She described in detail what she thought I needed.

I have known Dr Meintjes since 1986. Over the years, he has performed various minor surgeries on myself, my wife and our youngest daughter. His service has always been excellent, nothing too small for him. He has always been friendly and keeps his patients well informed. Always has time for the smallest of surgeries required. Hope that he will be around for a good number of years to come and wish him all of the best.

The girl assigned to the phone is very professional, very patient as she answered all my questions and give me the exact date I chose. The clinic is very clean, feels comfy and it's well decorated. The doctors are very patient as they listened to all my fears and answered all my questions efficiently. Furthermore, they delivered what was promised.
