I had my gastric sleeve operation in December 2022. The whole process went incredibly well. Sevim was so supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care. Since the operation, I’ve lost 45kg and I’m now at a healthy weight. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital saved my life. The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the process and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk and this hospital for anyone considering this surgery. An excellent experience.

I had my gastric sleeve fitted through booking surgery in Istanbul. Every member of staff was so caring, helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I definitely chose the right place to have the surgery and cannot recommend booking surgery enough.

I had a tummy tuck surgery 5 months ago. The JFS Clinic was impeccable and the care was 11 /10. I had a gastric sleeve in April 2021 with Dr. Osman. Everything was unexpectedly good and I will highly recommend them. They were always checking up on me, the doctor, Melih, and the nurses all were very friendly and at the same time very professional. It's been one year (I've lost 48kg) since I had my surgery and I still receive messages from them to see how I'm doing. The doctor was every time on the phone to answer my questions no matter what time was. He was more a friend than a simply surgeon!!! If you're thinking to have this surgery, this is the place where you should do it.

I'm almost 4 weeks post op for the gastric sleeve surgery. Just wanted to say thank you to the team at GLA ! The whole team put me at ease from the minute I arrived and all the way through. As I decided to travel alone, a member of the GLA team never left my side, even when we were being prepped for surgery. The hospital was amazing, it was spotless and spacious. The nurses also couldn’t do enough and are so friendly and nice! I felt reassured at all times. Even after surgery I felt as if was on holiday relaxing and recovering. I had surgery last January 2023. Having now officially lost over 168lbs and weighing less than ive lost im confident this has been a success. Not only that it has completely changed my life for the better. I feel fitter, healthier and I don't even miss things like fizzy drinks anymore :D 10/10 would reccomend to anyone struggling with weightloss

I got my rhinoplasty done with Dr Durukan and my experience could not have possibly been any better. From the second teoman collected us from the airport, to Nehir checking to make sure I was okay every day, to the actual surgery with Dr Durukan everything was 10/10. They were so professional, so friendly and such lovely people. My nose looks a million times better and I haven’t even seen the full results yet. I could not be happier and can not recommend them enough🥰

I was quite hesitant to travel to Turkey for my gastric sleeve surgery. I had excellent care from every one of the teams at health direct the time I arrived. I had a fantastic day with my host, Ezgi, and I had a very early meeting with my surgeon. He was really cheerful, which made me feel at ease. Every day he came to see how I was doing. I advise everyone to visit the health direct if they are getting a gastric sleeve.

I flew from Newcastle (England) to meet with Dr.Suleyman Akilli I was very nervous and had so many mixed emotions. Dr.Suleyman Akilli was recommend to me by a friend and I am so pleased I chose him as my Dr for the biggest journey of my life. From the moment I stepped off the plane and met Arina who by the way is an absolute super star, everything felt real. I met Dr Suleyman Akilli once I was settled in my room and he instantly put me at ease and made me feel safe and comfortable and answered any questions I had. My whole experience has been a roller coaster I have had so many different emotions going through my body. I felt some pain with the gas which was uncomfortable but the nurses are there when ever I needed them and kept me comfortable and topped up on the appropriate pain killers and fluids … just two days after my operation I felt like a different person next to no pain and I was outside going for a walk and looking around shops. I really can not thank the nurses enough on the ward they were all so helpful and comforting when I would have a crying episode. My room was so clean and had everything I would need whilst on my stay. I will never forget the words Dr Suleyman Akilli said to me on the morning I was being discharged “ when you walk out those doors it is not the end it is just the beginning of my future “ these words will stick with me forever and I am so grateful for the care he and his team have given me. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart you truly are a wonderful man with a wonderful team behind you from nurses to cleaners. Anyone who is looking into having surgery I could not recommend Dr Suleyman Akilli and his team enough.
