I had Gastric Sleeve in Allmedica. From the very beginning, when I was picked up from the airport by Oskar, until my departure, I had only good experiences. Oscar drove me to the hotel and was there if I need him throughout my stay. I had several consultations to which I was transported. All the doctors were very professional and answered all my questions promptly. On the day of the surgery, I had my last consultation with Prof. Major who, despite his young appearance, is a very experienced doctor. He was very nice and empathetic, answered all questions. The anesthesiologist was also very understanding and dispelled all my doubts. Going into the procedure, my stress level was lower. After the procedure, very nice and friendly nurses did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible. After the surgery, when I returned to the hotel a nurse was coming to check if everything was OK. Returning home, I knew that if I needed anything, I could always contact Mrs. Weronika, which happened several times after returning to Ireland. Mrs. Weronika always responds quickly to messages and tries to help. Overall, I highly recommend Allmedica and if I or someone in my family need another medical consultation, we will only choose this clinic.

My journey with Dr Nguyen was quite long. I contacted him on Whatsapp many many times and he always replied in a timely manner and answered all questions I had. I visited his facility for a consultation on 1/06/23 and returned to his facility for my lower eyelid and fat grafting on 7/06/23. He gave me the option of having these procedures at his facility or the hospital. As I had come to trust him and have complete confidence in him and his staff - I chose to have the procedures at his facility. The procedures went very well. His staff was professional and courteous. He made me feel comfortable and confident at all phases of the procedure. I am extremely happy with the results and it has only been 11 days since the surgery. I highly recommend him. I went to Poland (Katowice) to have hip surgery at the Sanvimed Clinic. Their policy is to keep you in the clinic for two weeks, with total care post-operatively. You are met at the airport by taxi and returned there by taxi. Nurses look after you and administer painkillers etc. Most of the staff speak English adequately and where not, a translator is available. Excellent. All this cost me £7,500.

Perfect experience right from the get go to the aftercare. I haven’t noticed a single “red flag” and no doubts crossed my mind during the whole process. I am happy I took this leap, both the Prof. and the whole staff made it, as assured as possible. After two years of having gastric sleeve surgery done I have continued my life as an healthy young adult, not held up by my weight (140kg 1.79cm, now 70kg) or my mental image of myself. Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. And I felt so supported prior too and have a well-advanced support arrangement moving forward; which will greatly assist in my weight loss journey. The hospital is well-equipped, modern and well-staffed. The hospital anaesthesiologist and assistant surgeon also very lovely, as too were the nursing staff. Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. After speaking to Judith JobIing at Gastric Band Support Manchester (who I also highly recommend and who has been doing my fills for a couple of years) chose to go to Belgium for a replacement Gastric Band as mine developed a leak. She recommended Obesity Solutions and got in touch with Chris Deprez the Patient Care Manager on my behalf and he contacted me straight away. The process was very smooth and I had a couple of calls and Zoom meetings with him where he explained everything and answered all of my questions. It was such a different experience from the place I initially used for my Band and then subsequently for a breast reduction. I used The Hospital Group then changed its name I believe to Transform Hospital Group. (I would recommend people do not use this hospital, I have put reviews on their website.) I arrived in Belgium with my wife who was allowed to stay in the hotel provided for me at no extra cost. We were collected at the airport and dropped off at our hotel. Any other travel to and from appointments etc was provided in the cost and the driver even collected us from the train station after a day out in Brugge. All my appointments were on time and hassle-free. The morning of the operation I was collected at my hotel and dropped off at the Hospital at 7 am. By 7.45 am I was in the theatre and the operation was finished by 8.30 am. The nursing, admin and surgical staff were fantastic, they could not do enough for me. I was collected from the hospital at 1 pm and taken back to my hotel. I ended up just having a port replacement as that was the part that was leaking. Chris had explained that the Surgeon may do that after the leak was identified on an x-ray the day before. The pain was minimal straight after the operation and has virtually gone now after 1 week. I have had regular contact with Chris since the operation and getting back to England. I have an app on which I log my ongoing weight and I have direct access to Chris anytime. It also is full of other info regarding aftercare, diets, what to do etc. I am honestly overwhelmed with thanks to Chris, his team & the medical staff in Belgium. I also received a refund as the operation was not as big as I first thought. If I had to go for any further treatment, given the choice I would choose Obesity Solutions every time. Ich habe vor einigen Monaten eine Bruststraffung machen lassen und bin begeistert. Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei Dr. Kupilas und beim ganzen Team bedanken. Die wohltuende Ruhe und Freundlichkeit meines Arztes und der Mitarbeiter ist in der heutigen Zeit eine Seltenheit geworden und hat mir sehr gut getan, da ich eher eine ängstliche Person bin. Die Klinik ist wirklich schön, sauber und gut zu finden. Außerdem sind die Preise human. Der ganze Ablauf vom ersten Gespräch, die Vorbesprechung, die OP selbst bis hin zur Nachsorgeuntersuchung war wirklich klasse. Ich habe nicht einmal Unwohlsein empfunden. Selbst im Operationssaal hat mein behandelnder Arzt Herr Dr. Kupilas und die Mitarbeiter mit mir gelacht und mir die Angst nehmen können. Auch möchte ich die besondere Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit der Damen an der Anmeldung hervorheben. Eine tolle Terminkoordination ohne lange Wartezeiten einfach nur super. Herr Dr. Kupilas ist ein fantastischer Arzt und hat sich für mich sehr viel Zeit genommen. Er hat die Ernsthaftigkeit meines Anliegens nicht infrage gestellt und hat mich ehrlich beraten mit all den Vor- und Nachteilen einer solchen Operation. Ich würde jede Schönheitsoperation von ihm durchführen lassen, denn er hat großartige Arbeit bei mir geleistet und mir damit ein neues Lebensgefühl geschenkt. Ich kann ihm nicht genug dafür danken! Er hat sich immer nach meinem Wohlergehen erkundigt und stand mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich bin toll aufgenommen, versorgt und behandelt worden und kann jedem nur empfehlen dort hinzugehen.
