I had cosmetic surgery in February and it was an amazing experience! The staff are absolutely friendly and kind to me as a patient and also with my partner ☺️. They took really good care of me before and after the operation and still check on me to this day !❤️, the hospital was really clean and always on point. I would highly recommend this hospital and for sure I’d go back to this hospital because it was amazing ❤️… A BIG thank you to the staff and the Professor.

I had been toying with this idea for a few years after so many failed attempts at various diets, pills, shakes etc but never quite got round to it. My brother-in-law was in the same situation and been doing some research into surgery abroad. He found the right surgeon for him and arranged his surgery. Upon his return, he gave me all of the info that I needed and put me in contact with a lovely lady who organises the surgery for people like myself here in the UK. She added me to a group chat that had people who had already been and people that were looking to come, like myself. After a lot of google research about the clinic and surgeon and then many questions to these people on the chat group and Jo, I finally decided that this clinic and surgeon was the best choice. I arranged my plane ticket and sent to Jo who then confirmed that I was booked in. Just before leaving the UK the driver (Yilmaz) who was to collect me at the airport, made contact. He sent me a video and described in good detail how to get out of the airport and where to meet him. He also sent pictures and voice notes to help. When we arrived at the clinic we checked in and settled in then I had to have some tests done. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The surgeon came to visit and explained everything in fine detail. The next day I went down for surgery. I awoke in my room in a bit of pain but the nurses were there straight away with pain relief. The staff checked on me like clockwork and did everything to make sure that I was looked after. Yilmaz has been so helpful, popping in to check on me, and organising everything from the hotel to medication to take home to pick up for the return home. Everyone from Jo, to Yilmaz, to the staff and to the surgeon have been nothing but professional, helpful and dedicated to the whole procedure. For anyone thinking of doing this and using these people, do not worry or delay. You will be in good hands. Get it booked

A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

I arrived Wednesday 15th June for gastric sleeve on my own was feeling very nervous but was put at ease from start to finish. Now at hotel waiting to get a flight home in the morning.
