The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Would like to share my experience with Healwide clinic, they were very helpful from the minute I contacted them to my arrival to the hospital all the way till I got home. They answered every and any question I had and were always reachable.

Nice staff smooth arrival. Luxery taxi from airport to the hospital. Blood tests at the same day/night. Very comfortable suite room. Careful and nice nurses. The surgery next day. Ghe surgery went smooth. The doctors are professional and take good care of their patient. They pay attention to the details of your sympyoms an past history. The surgery went smooth without any complications. The surgeon is always available to answer all your questions. The translator is a very nice warm hearted young lady. Her name is Almira. Soecial thank to her and to yhe sweet nurses. She is available anytime and always available at the phone. She cares alot about the patients. Third day of surgery, the same luxery taxi takes you to the airport. You get all the medicines you need for 1 to 3 months with you from the hodpital before leaving. I recently underwent gastric sleeve surgery with Novemed. The team is very well organised from initial consultation through to discharge. I did experience a slight complication, however, Dr Necdet Derici was quick to identify the problem and acted quickly. The team continue to look after you post-op and is always available to answer any questions. I would also like to thank Sheila and Sumeyra (dietitians) for their advice and guidance on long-term diet was great. I have learnt a lot from these ladies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Novomed.

My husband just had gastric sleeve surgery with Apera. We choose this clinic because of the excellent reviews, and they wasn't wrong. The treatment my husband received was amazing far superior to the NHS. From start to finish, Laura the patient coordinator was amazing before we arrived in Turkey keeping him up to date what he needed to do to prepare for his surgery. They picked us up from the airport, took us to our hotel. Then picked us up in the the morning for transfers to the clinic and hospital. The hospital was outstanding, all the staff and Dr Ertan were really friendly made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We had a translator Ervea at the hospital who accompanied the nurses and surgeon every time they came into the room so there was no language barrier and she was on call 24/7. She was so professional and a credit to the company. The operation went really well very smoothly. We stayed 3 nights in the hospital and then went back to the hotel for our final night. The nutritionist and nurse were at the hotel where he received his aftercare pack. 2 months Protein shakes, all his vitamins and minerals everything he needed for his diet for 2 months. Overall I would recommend this clinic to anyone thinking about gastric sleeve. I was very impressed with our experience from start to finish, we will definitely return here without hesitation.

Well, how can I start. I was so mediocre before get this treatment. I am like 5'4 and was like 236 lbs. I have doubts on my mind and never been able to chance to feel myself brave to get this treatment. Finally, I made my decision and start to make my research. Hence, the number of comments on trust pilot is high and the rating score was high, that encourage me to contact with them. All I can say is it was an excellent service from talking about my options to having the operation. Losing weight, feeling good, energetic, happy, dreams coming true, confident, active sex drive, sleeping better and the list goes on. The surgery is the best investment I have ever made. I choose the clinic because of the positive impact and changes they made on people lives. The doctors and nurses were very welcoming and helpful at the clinic at the start until the end. I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. If your like me and looking for a safe place outside the u.k to have surgery and change your life this the place to go. I will definitely be going back if I need any body contouring after I lose all this weight!

A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

Seven months ago, I had my gastric sleeve. Everything was very soothing. I went to Istanbul only for my surgery. To be very honest, I was very nervous about my surgery, but when I came to the clinic, I noticed that they provide their best services at a meager rate. All the staff members and doctors are concerned about the health of their patients. Within one week of hospital and & hotel stay, their clinic staff members very much cared about my health status, and I lost 42 kg in seven months. I must say this is the best experience ever in my life.

I had Gastric sleeve surgery on Nov 19th, 2022. It was the best decision I made. At first, I was sceptical of having the surgery in a place away from home. Lily my consultant and all my questions and told me the process and assured me I had nothing to worry about everything was taken care of. They have been in every second of my journey, providing each stage of my diet, tips, ideas, and recipes and answering all my questions. I am VERY HAPPY WITH MY DECISION TO TRANSFORM MY LIFE. Smooth process, from booking to the transfers and accommodation that was sorted for me. The procedure (elipse balloon) was painless, I was only in the clinic one hour. Managed to lose 11lbs in one week, so I'd recommend.
