Dr. med. Thomas Köstler

He was born in 1968 in Zurich. During his childhood and adolescence, he grew up in various parts of Switzerland, including Lausanne, Valais, and Basel. In Munich, he graduated from high school in 1987. In Basel 6 years of medical studies followed. At the beginning of November 1993, he finished his studies with a doctor's degree at the University of Basel. While studying, he started his doctoral thesis, so in January 1994 he received his doctorate from the University of Basel. In March 1994, his professional career began. The stations took him as an assistant physician from Delémont via Brig (in the Valais) to the canton of Winterthur, where in 2000 he obtained maturity for the specialist surgeon. During his training period, his two daughters Sarah and Annika (1994 and 1996) saw the light of the world.
