I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Doctor Jarosław Mączyńskidid 2 surgeries. It was brilliant work. I was afraid but in your hands, everyone can feel safe. All nurses always brought a smile to my face and cared about me. Friendly and professional staff!!! My experiences with Allmedica staff were very pleasant! All my inquiries were answered immediately from the very beginning by Veronica.It was my first time to visit the city , but all the staffs were very accomodating ( from Oskar-my host to nurses and the doctor! Everyone ) I got more than enough follow ups and the staff and host were always fast to reach out and assist. The Doctor( Aesthetic) is also a fantastic one! I am very satisfied with the result! So I might come again soon!!

The gastric band which is sometimes also called a lap band is ideal for patients with a BMI over 30. It is a long term weight loss solution for those who are chronically overweight or obese. The gastric band procedure is conducted via keyhole surgery, which uses several small incisions rather than one long one. The procedure takes about an hour and will require patients to stay overnight in the hospital. Recovery from gastric band surgery is about two weeks. The gastric band is a hollow ring that surgeons wrap around the stomach. It is filled with fluid which tightens the ring and reduces the capacity of the stomach. It also slows the rate at which food can be digested. The gastric band can be adjusted throughout the lifetime of the patient to accommodate more or less food as the patient and surgeon see fit. Because of the customisability of the gastric band, it is considered to be one of the best weight loss methods as long term solution.
