I had my gastric sleeve operation in December 2022. The whole process went incredibly well. Sevim was so supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care. Since the operation, I’ve lost 45kg and I’m now at a healthy weight. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital saved my life. The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the process and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk and this hospital for anyone considering this surgery. An excellent experience.

I had my gastric sleeve fitted through booking surgery in Istanbul. Every member of staff was so caring, helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I definitely chose the right place to have the surgery and cannot recommend booking surgery enough.

I had a gastric sleeve in April 2021 with Dr. Osman. Everything was unexpectedly good and I will highly recommend them. They were always checking up on me, the doctor, Melih, and the nurses all were very friendly and at the same time very professional. It's been one year (I've lost 48kg) since I had my surgery and I still receive messages from them to see how I'm doing. The doctor was every time on the phone to answer my questions no matter what time was. He was more a friend than a simply surgeon!!! If you're thinking to have this surgery, this is the place where you should do it.

I had a gastric sleeve with GLA in July. I was blown away by the high level of customer service and clinical care, expertise, and skill. The support and engagement you receive before you even step on the plane is fantastic. I travelled to Izmir alone which wasn’t a problem because the wonderful staff at GLA treat you like family and are truly looked after and supported every step of the way. It really did feel more like a little holiday with new friends. I work in the healthcare industry and I was so impressed with how thorough and efficient the hospital was. The nurses and doctors are top tier, pre and post op tests are also more thorough than the UK. My surgeon did an amazing job, I had 3 incisions that are barely visible and I’m only 2 weeks post op. Aftercare is also amazing so if you are thinking of having surgery I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful company. The team work incredibly hard to give you the best experience and level of care and I will certainly be returning for more surgery in the near future.

I had my gastric sleeve about three month ago. I was an overweight girl; I was very anxious about it. I could not recommend Dr Durukan and he’s team enough. I had previously been to another country for a rhinoplasty and I did not have the best experience, so I was anxious about going abroad for surgery again but this time I had such an amazing experience. Dr Durukan was so amazing he listened to everything I wanted and was available for me 24/7 for any questions I had. I was amazed by how many contacts I had with him. He is so friendly and approachable and I could tell he really cares for he’s patients. Nehir and Teoman are amazing they were in contact with me every day and came to my hotel, they were always on time and were so friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The hospital was spotless the staff are so lovely and professional. I am very impressed with my result and I highly recommend Dr Durukan and he’s team. I will be returning.

Amazing surgeon - I am over 50 pounds down in just under 8 weeks. I had a dangerous low thyroid which was found on my pre ops. My Dr Sulayman did everything he could to get my levels safe enough to operate. My surgery went well and Dr Suleyman visited me twice a day for the 3 days I was in hospital and has been contactable ever since! Really happy.
