Emma is a warm and friendly person and a very knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist with an excellent knowledge of physiology. I have been to her now for many years for my various issue including tennis elbow, lower back pain, and recently a knee problem. Each time she assesses my problem carefully and implements treatment with recommended exercises. I've attended other physiotherapists and have not found any to be as good as Emma. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

In July 2018 I fractured my wrist very badly whilst on holiday in Egypt and had it operated on. Although the op was successful the nerves were damaged and I was put on several different medications that didn't work then I went to occupational therapy and did exercises which helped to some extent. I started looking into alternative medicine ie acupuncture, I had never had this before so I was confused with who to chose. I decided to go to a free consultation at Jack Chan and was met by Michael who put me at ease and he explained the possibilities of why I was experiencing the burning and stabbing pain across my hand and severe pain on my wrist. At the end of the first treatment Michael said hopefully I would have some relief for several hours, what can I say I haven't had any pain across my hand since. On Wednesday I had my 2nd treatment around the wrist and didn't feel much relief however 2 days down the line it is easier so I'm hoping with the next treatment it will be fine. Michael does not profess to heal everyone but if you have problems that medication isn't working go and have your free consultation it could be the best half hour you've spent. Many thanks, Michael.

Had a knee injury in October. A friend recommended Vicki Harvey. She has taken the time to understand my problem and listen. My treatment was beneficial and the advice given was appropriate in helping me get moving better although I may need surgery at a later date. Thank you
