About Maura Clancy Acupuncture & Sports Massage
I trained with the College of Integrative Acupuncture in Galway for three years, studying both 5 Element and 8 Principle acupuncture, and qualified in 2012. I then undertook my postgraduate training at the China Beijing International Acupuncture Training Centre (CBIATC) - World Health Organization Collaborating Centre of Traditional Medicine in Beijing China.
I am a registered member with the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association, the oldest and largest professional body for practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ireland, which means the highest standards of care and best practice are assured. As a member of AFPA all my treatments are approved by VHI, Laya Healthcare, Aviva and HSF Health Plan.
I studied Sports Massage Therapy with the Institute of Massage & Sports Therapy in 2014.
