Nutritional Advice is also given which further balances the body, increases energy and a synergy is created that would not be possible with acupuncture or nutrition alone.   Rachel Barry has trained with the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland, and the World Health Organisation (WHO) Training University in Nanjing, China. While treating patients with Acupuncture, Rachel observed that a lot of her patients had conditions that could not be treated by acupuncture alone, such as Digestive Health Problems, Allergies, Brain Fog, unexplained Pains & Aches, Headaches, Dizziness, Thyroid issues, Chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia. This led her to investigate Nutritional Science further, and she completed an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Coaching from the Irish Institute of Health & Nutrition in Wicklow in 2013.  Rachel has found that combing Acupuncture and Nutritional science to patient care had increased successful outcomes considerably.   Harmony Acupuncture also offers Food Intolerance Testing for either 50, 75. 100 or 150 foods.
