I visited Amethyst for waxing - underarms, lower leg, and hollywood. I have just moved here from Brighton and am so pleased to have found Amethyst and Sharon. I was nervous changing my beauty clinic after years going to the same lady for waxing, but Sharon put me instantly at ease and did all my waxing professionally and as pain free as possible, chatting away and making me feel comfortable. The treatment was good value and efficient. The clinic was clean and welcoming. I have found my new waxing lady! Such a relief.

Thank you Louise for all your help and advice for my running niggles from my knees to pulled muscles and then going over and beyond advising me on my pre race week routine to keep me in the best shape to race. I have always found Louise to be extremely thorough in finding my niggles /pains and giving me the correct information and advice to go forwards and to have made the most out of my visits to her - Thank you thank you.

This is an incredible physiotherapy clinic! Elle helped me get back to running quicker than anyone has managed before following my runner's knee injury. I would 100% recommend it.

I had a car accident in October this year, I was referred to them. The staff are absolutely fantastic and my physiotherapy is done by Luke, who is absolutely amazing. I was aching all over, I have had a few sessions with Luke and I feel absolutely great, back on the road to recovery. Thank you guys you do such a wonderful job.

I was diagnosed with sciatica and was recommended The Lansdown Clinic from family and the service provided has been excellent. The sciatica was gone after 4 weeks and the I'm now on the second stage of treatment involving a chiropractor and a massage therapist to prevent a recurrence. This was presented as an option - there is no hard sell. My view is there is no point swimming halfway across the river, I need to go all the way across. I was covered in skin tags on my chest and stomach and went to the Skin Balance Clinic at the Wellbeing Clinic at Headington to see if anything could be done about them. Helena explained the process at every stage and allayed any fears I had. She has such a calming voice and a lovely bedside manner that immediately put me at ease! All in all, she removed between 80 and 100 skin tags - quite a mission. After about a day, small scabs start to form which is all part of the healing process and after about 3 weeks, they naturally clear up. Now I've never seen my chest and stomach feel and look so smooth. I'll definitely go back to Skin Balance Clinic for more of the same treatment. Kristina called me the following day and took some details over the phone, she then offered me a cancellation appointment the following day where I was seen by a lady called Joanne. Joanne was amazing, great consultation, I had some treatment there and then and given follow up exercises to do at home. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I attended the clinic due to increasing levels of pain in back, hip and knee and reduced mobility and reduction in just enjoying life. The whole team are very professional in approach. From first contact everything was explained, there were no surprises, a smooth process from assessment, treatment plan proposed, delivery of the treatment plan + homework in the form of exercises to do at home. The cost was explained from the beginning and there are payment options. My pain levels and mobility have improved after a month, sleep pattern improved and on fewer painkillers. Have returned to swimming which I love. The appointments were worked around my employment schedule. I was surprised the assessment went beyond my presenting issue with a letter for my GP to check something out. Over the years I have spent money on different shoes and trainers I thought would make a difference and various vitamins etc, over the counter creams, personal trainers. I wished I had come to the clinic years ago - A real pearl found on a beach.
