The staff have been there for me every step of the way from booking my transplant, during the operation, aftercare and always at the end of the phone when I arrived back into the UK if I needed them or wanted questions answered. I had my transplant done December 2022 They were so professional and I felt safe in their hands. 1 year on I’m really happy with my results and it is still improving month on month. I would recommend them any day based on my experience.

I Loved my experience with Tetik Health, the procedure went very smooth of the beard transplant. I have afro hair and doctors did a special treatment for my type of hair. If you have afro hair and are wondering where to go.. this is the place to come for a beard transplant in Turkey. The staff were very welcoming and warm, we had so much laughs together and ate together at lunch. Tugce took good care of me throughout the treatment till the very end, giving advice on treatment and where to go in the city and always had time for any help or questions. I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

I was unhappy with my neck and jowl area and decided to have a facelift. I think we all worry about not looking decided to have a facelift. I think we all worry about not looking like ourselves or looking unnatural. This is not the case. I still look like me but I look like I did when I was younger. I do not look at all “pulled.” the doc from Medhera has an artistic eye for perfection. He is also very methodical and my experience was seamless and flawless.

I used to struggle to sleep at night due to neck and back pain, (not realising it was directly correlated with my breast size) and now I sleep like a baby, with no aches or pains! I look at myself in the mirror now and feel so happy with my reflection compared to how I felt before. The whole team is incredible and I cannot recommend her enough, he has changed my life. Big thanks to the whole Surgero Team for making my journey smooth!

I would highly recommend this clinic, for a few reasons. For me, it was essential that I didn't need a full head shave for the transplant and both the donor and transplant areas are possible to cover with other hair without a sign that I am after a hair transplant. Surgery was performed by professionals who have decades of experience in hair transplants. Flexibility on date, central location, and parking nearby was a bonus. Most importantly manager Asil's advice and guidance, before and after surgery, communication skills answering all questions exceeded any expectations. So my review is 10 out of ten.

As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. The staff worked tirelessly on my head. I had very little pain. The process was fully explained by everyone one in the team and translated into English to make sure I understood everything. The price was very reasonable. The during and aftercare was excellent. It was so easy I fell asleep naturally during most of the extraction process. However, I wanted the Estetik Hair team to have the best they could have so they could do their best to give me their best so I could look my best. Within 19 hours from walking into their office near Bitez to walking out of the brand new Acibadem hospital with a new head of hair. I have wanted to do a hair transplant for a long time. Through acquaintances, I found out the contact of Dr. Okan when I was on vacation in Antalya. We agreed with the doctor about the cost and time of the operation. In the morning we had a detailed interview where the doctor clarified the state of my health and the process of the future operation. They took a blood test and prescribed a method of operation. They quickly made anaesthesia, did an analysis of the bulbs and proceeded to the operation. Everything was absolutely painless. After receiving the grafts, the transplant holes were prepared and I was fed a delicious lunch. After lunch, we started planting grafts, during which I fell asleep)) After the operation, the doctor prescribed the necessary medications and gave a detailed description of further actions and head care. Created a chat in WhatsApp for operational interaction. Everything went professionally, quickly and painlessly (except for the injection of anesthesia).
