The staff were very friendly and approachable, the services from airport to hotel, hotel to the clinic was all provided. As well as a good deal for a hotel to stay. The procedure went very well and very pleased with the results I have and they provided medication and equipment to maintain and strengthen the healing process like vitamin pills etc. would highly recommend and will be coming abck in the future if I decide to get another. I recommend HWT. I had my first hair transplant 1 year ago and the second one last month. The first one got really good results and the new hairline looks very natural and full. I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

I found Surgero through Sarah (SurgerySavior) on Instagram. Sarah is a role model for American ladies who’re looking to get surgery in Turkey. When I found out that the owner of Surgero (I’m not sure if He’s American or not only seen him once) is best friends with Sarah the Surgery Savior I booked my surgery directly. Everything was amazing from a to z! My surgeon was super nice and told me what can be achieved fully transparent. Right place to choose!

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

I was well looked after by HCTRenova. Right from talking to Asli on the phone, to my arrival at the clinic, and meeting Dr Oznur and all the other members of the staff, they were all lovely. They explained the procedure (DHI) and did a fabulous job. The post-op care and communication were amazing as well. Long after you’ve left Turkey they still check on you to know how you’re doing.
